Dragonfly, Phoenix
The dragonfly: I am amazed by the beauty of the dragonfly, its
incredible lightness, its unbelievable flying abilities and its
freedom. How could I not fall in love with the dragonfly! That is
why I paint them in calligraphy.
The Phoenix: A solar symbol, the Phoenix recalls the fire that
was present at the very dawn of the world. The Phoenix is related
to south, summer, gold, the colour red and light. The Phoenix is a
symbol of regeneration. Always different, although remaining the
same in its essence, the Phoenix carries the fire of
creation.
