Gallery 1: Circles and Za-Zen meditation

I am inspired by the circle because it is, in essence, the most sacred form in the universe. For the Indigenous Peoples of North America, their tee pee, their drums and their dances around the fire are in the form of a circle. The circle is the symbol of the Great Breath that permeates the Universe. It is a symbol of peace, of togetherness with all living beings. It is also a symbol of fire and light.  

The sound of a gong is an "essence-sound". It is born, takes life and travels through time. From this, comes my passion for the sounds of the gongs in the world.
