Registration Procedure

1. Complete the Membership Form online.
2. Print the completed form.
3. Send in the form along with a cheque or money order made payable to the Ontario Association for Impact Assessment.

* Memberships follow the calendar year. The information provided will appear in the OAIA Directory of Members, (see Members Only section for details), unless otherwise requested. You must be a paid-up member to have your name appear. Please indicate in the Comments section of the form any specific items of information you do not want listed on-line.
