SCHEDULING AN INSPECTION

WHEN DO I CALL IN THE HOME INSPECTOR?

First, you must make sure that a clause is included in your offer to purchase making your purchase obligation contingent upon an inspection satisfactory to you. You may also wish to specify that your Inspection is to be performed by a " Registered Home Inspector" or a R.H.I. Certified OAHI® Member. Call us first to make an appointment and give yourself at least 5 days before your need to remove your condition.

The inspections are usually performed within 24 to 48 hours of the request.
Weekends, evenings and emergency inspections are available at no extra cost.
Inspections usually last 2 1/2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and age of the house.
It is recommended that the purchaser attends the inspection. In this way specific questions/concerns can be addressed.
