WHAT DOES A HOME INSPECTION INCLUDE?

A complete home inspection includes a visual examination of the house by a R.H.I. ( Registered Home Inspector ) in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors, CAHI® and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors,OAHI®.

The inspector will visually examines all the major systems in home. The associated report should also include maintenance information that will be a help to you, the home owner, in the future. A report must be in writing.
