1) The following window will appear upon clicking on the Apple
symbol and then clicking on Control panel...FreePPP.
2) Click on the small arrow at the bottom right of the window to
expand the screen to the one that follows and then click on Edit to
reach the next screen.
3) Under the account tab, enter the following information including
your Travel-Net username and password.
4) Under the dialup tab, enter the main Travel-Net dial up number as
either 744-4716 if you are a 56k user or 744-4422 if you have a
33.6 or lower modem.
5) Under the Options tab, type in the the Domain Name and the
Primary and Secondary DNS numbers. The Domain name is
travel-net.com , the primary DNS is 206.132.180.5 and the secondary
is 206.132.190.5. Once you are finished, click okay at the bottom of
the screen.
6) Upon returning to the screen as shown in Number 1, click on the
modem tab as illustrated and then click Edit.
7) Adjust your modem settings to what your modem is able to
support by adjusting your port speed. Ensure that your are connecting
through the modem port.
8) By clicking on OK in the modem configuration screen, you have
successfully setup FreePPP. On the screen pictured in Number 1,
click on connect at the top left of the screen and your computer will
connect to your to Travel-Net.
